LLP PowerSteel is the official distributor of HYDAC International company and provides warranty and post-warranty service for the entire line of HYDAC products. In agreement with the Customer, it is possible to provide additional documents confirming the right to supply products; declarations of conformity; certificates of origin, etc.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS for equipment of other brands
ТОО "LLP PowerSteel cooperates with global brands in the field of supply of high-tech hydraulic equipment and supplies a wide range of products directly from Europe.
In agreement with the Customer, it is possible to provide declarations of conformity for products, certificates of origin, special permits, verification certificates, etc.
GENERAL CONDITIONS for products
The supplier guarantees the proper quality of the delivered goods, as well as its compliance with the standards of the manufacturer and compliance with the technical parameters specified in the agreed specifications.
The warranty period is 12 (twelve) months from the date of delivery, provided that the goods are used and stored in accordance with the instructions for use and technical documentation, and in their absence – in accordance with the norms usual for this type of product. The warranty does not apply to wear-resistant parts, i.e. parts and elements made of glass, rubber and other materials whose technical durability is shorter than the warranty period, including seals, elastic joints. With regard to filter elements, the guarantee applies to the integrity of the filter material. The Supplier does not replace filter elements that have exhausted their life, as well as in the presence of damage caused by the fault of the Buyer.
During the warranty period, the Buyer does not have the right to repair the goods independently without the written consent of the Supplier or entrust its repair to third parties, except in cases when the Buyer notified the Supplier of the discovery of a defect in the goods, and the Supplier refused to correct the defect (replace or repair the goods) or did not take any corrective/replacement measures within the time period established by this agreement. If the Buyer violates this rule, he loses the warranty on the product.
If the Buyer discovers a defect in the product during the warranty period, the product will be replaced or corrected by the Supplier at the expense of the latter. The replacement of the goods is carried out within 30 (thirty) days from the date of the claim, if the goods are available in the Supplier's warehouse, or within the terms additionally agreed with the Buyer, but not more than the delivery time of the goods according to the specification. The warranty period for the replaced product will be calculated from the moment it is handed over to the Buyer. For the repaired product, the warranty period is extended for the time during which the product could not be operated due to the defects found in it. If, during the correction of a defect, it turns out that it was the fault of the Buyer, the costs associated with its correction are borne by the Buyer.
