New generation HTC lathes
The turning centers of this series are specially designed to ensure high structural rigidity, accuracy, processing speed and stability.
The main spindle is equipped with double-row cylindrical roller bearings and high-precision angular contact ball bearings, the rear end of the cylindrical roller bearing support. The machine is equipped with rolling guides for greater accuracy. Servo turret head is Avertum-CNC's own production.
Frame
The built-in solid cast L-shaped inclined bed at 30° is made of high-quality cast iron, ensuring high rigidity of the machine.
Ball screw

Guides
The machine uses rolling guides, which provide high precision with minimal friction losses. Ideal for dynamic high-speed machining.
Spindle
The machining center is equipped with a motor spindle of our own production as standard. It is possible to equip it with a spindle motor up to 6000 rpm. The main drive motors are manufactured by Fanuc – this is our advantage over many competitors, as Fanuc provides a basic 24-month warranty on all drives and CNC. The spindle is driven by a built-in motor without additional transmission links. High static and dynamic precision, good stability. Motorized increase and decrease of spindle speed, fast start and stop improve production efficiency. Both low speed with high torque and high-speed processing are provided.

Turret
The entire HTC II series of lathes are equipped with a servo-driven turret, which ensures fast positioning and reliable torque transmission. The HTC150IIx290 model uses an 8-position turret.
The use of a servo-driven turret head ensures synchronous tool change and increases production efficiency. The tool fastening type is BOT (Bolt-On Tool turret – i.e. bolt fastening, 4 bolts).
The BOT tooling for axial tools is fixed to the turret with four bolts, as on the BMT (radial mounting method). The rectangular cutters for external turning are installed directly in the groove of the turret and clamped with special clamps. No additional tooling is required for them. The fastening is rigid, well suited for high-power serial turning work. Coolant is supplied through the tool using the internal channels of the holder and its rear wall.
CNC system
The machining center is equipped with Fanuc 0i TF Plus CNC system with 10.4-inch TFT display. Support: CF cards + USB + RS232.
The FANUC 0i-F Plus series retains all the advantages of previous generations and provides maximum ease of use thanks to the new iHMI interface and FANUC PICTURE customization functions. This enables high machining quality to be achieved with minimal cycle times thanks to Fast Cycle Time Technology.
