HYDAC filters for oils and emulsions

HYDAC is one of the world's largest manufacturers of filters and filter elements. HYDAC solutions not only remove solid particles but also dewater the oil, dissipate static electricity and prevent varnish — deposits on the inner surfaces of tanks and pipes. Versions are available for low, medium and high pressure, high temperatures and aggressive media.

Filter elements are made of glass fibre (Betamicron®), paper, metal fibre, synthetic materials and stainless steel mesh, as well as with water-absorbing and coalescing media.

A comprehensive approach to filter selection

  • choice of design: pressure, return line or suction filter;
  • mounting: inline, flange, tank-top or cartridge;
  • operating pressure, filtration rating, permissible pressure drop and bypass valve;
  • calculation of the pressure drop across the filter;
  • original accessories: clogging indicators, repair kits and seal kits.
