Charging and testing devices

Purpose

HYDAC FPU charging and testing units are designed to check the pressure in accumulators, accumulator stations and pulsation dampeners and to fill them with nitrogen. Regular checking of the pre-charge pressure is essential for reliable and safe accumulator operation.

• FPU-1 or PSE — for systems with operating pressure up to 350 bar;
• FPU-2 — for systems with operating pressure up to 700 bar;
• suitable for bladder, piston and diaphragm accumulators;
• supplied with gauges, hoses and adapters for accumulators and nitrogen bottles.
